All services and communication, email or otherwise, delivered by Harmony Nixon/ Seeking Wild Beauty LLC, as well as the information set forth on this website (www.seekingwildbeauty.com & journey.seekingwildbeauty.com) are meant to help you in the area of soul growth & identify the areas in your life and in your thinking that may be standing in your way. However, Spiritual Healing/ Energy Healing/ Intuitive Guidance/ Soul Sessions are not professional mental health care or medical care. If you feel psychologically stressed to the point that it is interfering with your ability to function, please have the courage to seek the help you need in the form of a professional counselor. 
In that spirit, by purchasing any services from Harmony Nixon/ Seeking Wild Beauty LLC, you confirm that you have read and agree to each statement and that you wish to proceed:
  • I understand that the Services I will be receiving from Harmony Nixon are not offered as a substitute for professional mental health care or medical care and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any mental health or medical conditions. I also understand that Harmony Nixon is not acting as a mental health counselor or a medical professional.
  • I understand and agree that I am fully responsible for my well-being during my sessions, and subsequently, including my choices and decisions.
  • I understand that the services Harmony Nixon offers are not a substitute for counseling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care, or substance abuse treatment, and I will not use it in place of any form of therapy.
  • I understand that all guidance, services, and teachings offered by Harmony Nixon are solely for the purpose of aiding me in my own soul growth. I have the ability to give my informed consent, and hereby give such consent to Harmony Nixon to assist me through her services.
  • I understand that Harmony Nixon is not promising any outcomes. Energy healing and soul growth can not be measured or defined. 
  • I understand that Harmony Nixon is not responsible for my emotional or physical state of being.
  • I understand that I take full responsibility for my own well-being.
  • I understand that by purchasing a service with Harmony Nixon, I am stating that I am at least 18 years old. OR I am the parent or legal guardian of the minor under 18 years of age and I give full consent for the minor to participate in the services purchased. I hold myself liable and hereby release and waive any and all claims that I or the minor may make as a result of this service.
  • I understand that Harmony Nixon will protect my information as confidential unless I state otherwise in writing.
  • I understand that these services are for entertainment purposes only.
  • I understand that Harmony Nixon does not give refunds for any services purchased.
  • I hereby release, waive, acquit and forever discharge Harmony Nixon / Seeking Wild Beauty LLC, any agents, successors, assigns, personal representatives, executors, heirs, and employees from every claim, suit action, demand, or right to compensation for damages I may claim to have or that I may have arising out of acts or omissions by myself or by Harmony Nixon a result of the advice given by Harmony Nixon or otherwise resulting from the relationship contemplated by this agreement. I further declare and represent that no promise, inducement, or agreement not expressed in this agreement has been made to me to sign this agreement. This agreement shall bind my heirs, executors, personal representatives, successors, assigns, and agents.
